Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY: You can request a full refund of your walk in bathtub before the product is shipped. 

 

Once shipped, returns will only be accepted on new, unused and undamaged tubs and accessories within 30 days of delivery. The unused products must still in their original packaging, including all original materials sent with the shipment. You will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the total cost of shipping (including to your location and its return).  We inspect all returned tubs prior to issuing the refund.  Any sign of wear or damage will be subject to additional fees. Once assembled, modified or installed, bathtubs cannot be returned.  Bathtubs shipped and refused without inspection are also subject to this return policy.  Special order or custom jetted/optioned tubs cannot be returned.
